The EYH two-dimensional motion mixer is mainly composed of three parts: a rotary drum, a swing frame, and a machine frame. The rotary drum is mounted on the swing frame, supported by four rollers and axially positioned by two gear wheels. Among the four supporting rollers, two of the transmission wheels are driven by a rotating power system to rotate the drum. The swing frame is driven by a set of crank swing rod mechanisms, which are mounted on the frame. The swing frame is supported on the frame by bearing components. The EYH two-dimensional motion mixer is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, dyes, feed, fertilizers, pesticides, etc. It is particularly suitable for mixing various powder and granular materials with large tonnage (1000L~10000L).

Equipment features
The drum of the EYH two-dimensional motion mixer can perform two movements simultaneously, one is the rotation of the drum and the other is the swinging of the drum with the swing frame. The mixed material rotates, flips, and mixes inside the drum, while also undergoing back and forth mixing motion with the swinging of the drum. Under the combined action of these two motions, the material is fully mixed in a short period of time. The discharge of the mixing drum is equipped with spiral blades, making the mixer have the characteristics of rapid mixing, large mixing volume, and convenient production. The EYH two-dimensional mixer is suitable for mixing all powder and granular materials. This equipment has been improved by our company's technology to use a dual arm transmission swing bed, which is more stable than a typical single arm transmission. Indirect transmission reduces the load on the reducer and extends its service life. The rack adopts a fully enclosed structure for easy cleaning and meets GMP standards.
